📅 Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly services include SEO, Social Media Management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Personal Branding packages.
Non-Refundable Once Work Begins:
- Monthly fees are non-refundable once the service month has started
- Partial months are not pro-rated or refunded if cancelled mid-month
- Fees paid in advance for future months are non-refundable after work has begun for that month
Exception — Before Work Begins:
- If payment is made but work has NOT yet started, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days
- "Work started" means any deliverable, report, campaign setup or communication related to that month's service has commenced
💡 Best Practice: If you're unsatisfied with our services, please contact us first. We will work to resolve your concerns before considering cancellation. Our goal is your satisfaction and business growth.
🔧 One-Time Project Services
One-time projects include logo design, graphic design packages, video editing, content writing packages, and social media setup.
Standard Payment Structure:
- 50% advance payment required before work begins
- 50% balance due upon project completion and delivery
Refund Eligibility:
- If project is cancelled before any work begins — 100% advance refund
- If project is cancelled after work begins but before 50% completion — 50% advance refund
- If project is cancelled after 50% or more work is complete — advance is non-refundable
- Final 50% payment is non-refundable once delivery is made and approved
⚠️ Revision Policy: All packages include unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. Refunds are not applicable simply because you changed your mind about the service after work has been delivered as agreed.
💻 Website Development Projects
Website development projects follow a milestone-based payment and delivery structure.
Payment & Refund Schedule:
- Milestone 1 (50% advance): Design mockup delivery — refundable if cancelled before design approval
- Milestone 2 (25% on development): Non-refundable once development begins
- Milestone 3 (25% on delivery): Due on final delivery — non-refundable
Post-Delivery:
- 30-day bug-fixing support is included free of charge after delivery
- Bugs or issues with our delivered code will be fixed at no extra cost within 30 days
- Changes in requirements or new features after delivery are not covered under refund
🎯 Ad Spend & PPC Campaigns
⚠️ Important: Ad spend paid directly to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other advertising platforms is completely non-refundable by VK Digital Solution. These are third-party platform charges outside our control.
What This Means:
- Google Ads budget spent on campaigns cannot be refunded by us
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad spend is non-refundable
- Platform management fees for a month already in progress are non-refundable
Our Management Fee:
- Our campaign management fee is separate from your ad spend
- Management fees for a month in progress are non-refundable
- If we fail to launch campaigns within 3 business days of receiving all required assets, a pro-rated refund of management fees may be considered
💡 You always have full transparency and ownership of your Google and Meta ad accounts. We manage them on your behalf — you can verify all spending directly in your account dashboard.
🛑 Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel Monthly Services:
- Send a written cancellation request via email to info@vkdigitalsolution.com or WhatsApp
- Minimum 15 days notice required before next billing date
- Services continue until the end of the paid period
- All data, reports and assets will be handed over within 7 working days of cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation:
- All ongoing campaigns will be paused or handed over as per your request
- Login credentials for any accounts we created will be transferred to you
- All work done during the service period remains your property
- Final report and performance summary will be provided
✅ Cases Eligible for Refund
We will process refunds in the following specific situations:
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same service — 100% refund of the duplicate amount
- Service Not Started: Payment made but work has not commenced — 100% refund
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the committed timeline without valid reason — proportional refund
- Wrong Charge: If you were charged an incorrect amount — difference will be refunded immediately
- Technical Error: Payment processed due to a technical error — 100% refund
✅ In all eligible refund cases, we process refunds within 7-10 working days back to the original payment method.

Our team will review your request against this policy and respond within 2-3 working days with a decision

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method (bank transfer or UPI)

- Step 2: If unresolved, escalate to info@vkdigitalsolution.com — we respond within 24 hours

- Step 4: If still unresolved, formal dispute resolution as per our Terms & Conditions applies
All disputes are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
